I have contributed to the full brand-building process for multiple global and local apparel brands, guiding them from concept to market-ready identity. My work includes developing trend-aligned seasonal direction, defining style and color strategies, building and structuring design teams, establishing product development workflows, and ensuring each brand maintains a consistent and commercially strong identity. Through roles with Mini Wardrobes (Canada), Y&CO (Dubai), Illiyeen (Bangladesh), and Miclo BD, I helped shape their product categories, streamline creative processes, and elevate their overall design and market positioning.

I led the full brand development of Mini Wardrobes, a Canada-based kidswear label, taking it from initial concept to complete market-ready collections. My responsibilities included market analysis, style and color direction, category planning, and establishing a structured design and product development workflow that ensured strong brand identity, trend alignment, and consistent product quality across all ranges.

For Y&CO Clothing in Dubai, I led the end-to-end creative and technical development of the brand, starting from initial sketches through full design planning and execution. This included market trend research, category and colorway strategy, design team supervision, and creating a cohesive seasonal palette that aligned with Dubai’s dynamic retail environment and consumer profile.

I set up the design team and creative workflow for Illiyeen, building a structured design department capable of producing consistent, premium menswear collections. My role included recruiting key designers, establishing category responsibilities, defining seasonal design direction, and implementing a development process that aligned the brand’s aesthetic with modern retail standards.

At Miclo BD, I established the design team from the ground up, creating a clear workflow for product development, trend alignment, and collection planning. I built the team structure, guided creative direction, and implemented systems that improved efficiency, product quality, and brand identity across all categories.
